Alexandria City Public Schools: Alert for Friday

Alexandria City Public Schools has just released an announcement about Friday’s schedule, due to the winter weather:

“All ACPS schools and offices will be closed on Friday, March 6. All activities in schools or on school grounds are canceled. Emergency personnel, including building engineers, custodians, maintenance shop employees and security staff, must still report. Monday, March 9 will still be a professional development day for teachers and students will not report to school. Visit the ACPS website at www.acps.k12.va.us for the most up-to-date information.
