Rocki, 8-year-old Female Gray and White Domestic Short-Haired Cat
Don't be fooled by her face! Rocki may look like she's just been woken up from a nap, but once she gets to know you, you'll see her big, soulful eyes as one of her best features - along with her calm purr-sonality!
At 8 years old, Rocki knows her own mind and would confidently call herself an introvert. New people and experiences can be overwhelming for her, and she's looking for a human friend who can dedicate the time to getting to know her and helping her feel comfortable in her new home.
Rocki's purrfect day would start with some girl talk with her best friend; she loves to hear the latest goings-on around the household water cooler. Then she'd dedicate a good portion of her afternoon to birdwatching in a sunny window. At the end of the day, she'd love to join you near the couch where you can both enjoy some of your favorite shows. Rocki is partial to period romances, but when you have the remote, it's up to you!
Rocki's adoption fees have already been paid by a generous donor, and she is excited - in her quiet Rocki way - to meet her new family. If you think Rocki might be the girl for you, schedule time to meet her from her foster home by emailing Adopt@AlexandriaAnimals.org or calling 703.746.4774 opt. 2.
