Pisco, a brown beagle mix, would enjoy sniffing his way around Alexandria with a new family. This senior dog is waiting for his forever family at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria.

Pisco graced his friends at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria with his handsome, stately visage before getting back to what he loves best: hanging out outside and taking in all the fresh spring smells. Pisco is a hound on a mission, and that mission is to explore the whole of Alexandria, nose-first!

At 9 years old, Pisco is happy to take the world in at his own pace, and he knows that while there is a lot to be sniffed, there is plenty of time to do it in. He's happy to slow down for a long cuddle or a game of tug-of-war. As a senior statesman, Pisco hopes to be king (or at least prince) of his castle and would prefer not to share his space with other dogs or young children who don't get his "zen" vibe.
