'Animeals on Wheels' Program Seeks Cat Food

Want to help local senior citizens and their pets? The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria could use unopened dry cat food for its “Animeals on Wheels” program.

All you have to do is drop it off at the animal shelter by Thursday morning. They are in need of unopened dry cat food.

The program is a combined effort between the AWLA and Senior Services of Alexandria, delivering pet food to eligible seniors in the city of Alexandria.

The animal shelter is located at 4101 Eisenhower Ave.
