Bon Vivant Cafe + Farm Market to Celebrate Anniversary
Del Ray restaurant celebrates its one-year anniversary, plus the completion of its Kickstarter-funded patio.
Del Ray restaurant Bon Vivant Cafe + Farm Market will celebrate its one-year anniversary plus its Kickstarter-funded patio this weekend. In all, 66 backers pledged more than the goal of $18,000 to complete the patio.
The restaurant, at 2016 Mount Vernon Ave., will be celebrating Saturday from 5-7 p.m. with wine-tasting, food and live music. Kids will get a chance to add their handprint to a tree mural. Becky from Becky’s Balloon Animals will also be on hand creating balloon animals.
The cafe offers farm-fresh, locally grown fine foods in the heart of Del Ray, with grass-fed meats and pasture-raised eggs, plus paleo, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options.

Any proceeds will benefit the MVCS playground renovation project.
