DC, NoVA Weekend Events: DC Big Flea, Fairfax Comic Con

WASHINGTON, DC — Even if spring doesn't officially start until March 20, more events are starting to pop up in early March. We are rounding up events for the Northern Virginia and DC area this upcoming weekend.
