Events this Presidents' Day weekend include Big Apple Circus and a free admission day at George Washington's Mount Vernon.

February may seem like a slow time, but there's plenty to do around Northern Virginia and DC. This weekend's bonus is Presidents' Day, which will be a day off for many. From a parade to free admission at historic sites, there's something for everyone in your family this weekend.
We've rounded up numerous events going on from Friday, Feb. 15 to Monday, Feb. 18. Some larger events you'll find include: George Washington Birthday Parade, Washington's Birthday Celebration at Mount Vernon, Wharf Winter Games, Big Apple Circus, Disney on Ice and Boyz II Men.
