Once completed, submit at least 15 answers through the witch’s mouth at the Pat Miller Neighborhood Square at Mount Vernon and Oxford Avenues by Oct. 31. Entries will have a chance to win one of five $50 gift cards to their favorite business. The scavenger hunt is sponsored by Kinneman Insurance.
