Fulstone has served on the board of directors since 1994. During last month’s meeting, Edward Semonian was elected to assume the secretary-treasurer position that Fulstone had held.
Board members are appointed to four-year staggered terms and are responsible for general oversight of the ASA, ensuring compliance with a variety of state laws, including the Virginia Water and Wastewater Authorities Act.
