Alexandria’s Adoptable Pet Of The Week: Loyal Brutus (For Real This Time!)
This handsome boy is waiting to meet you at the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria's animal shelter.
ALEXANDRIA, VA – Handsome Brutus is looking for a domus!
This young boy, just over a year and a half old, is 54 pounds of love and kisses. The Animal Welfare League of Alexandria says Brutus “is a smart dog who already knows the cues for sit, paw and down. Since he is so treat-motivated, there is no end to what he can learn!”
Brutus is an active boy. He loves walks, hikes and fetch, though the AWLA warns you might not always get your ball back. Brutus is selective with other dogs, so he should be the only one in a home. But he loves people, and as long as he’s with his person, he’s happy, the shelter says.
