
Core Wellness and Physical Therapy invites all moms and moms-to-be to join our “Mindful Mama” series where we discuss how a clear mind and healthy lifestyle contributes to a well-balanced mom. This half lecture/half experiential class will also look at how stress, exercise and nutrition can play a role in mom’s overall mindset and simple ways her eating habits can help promote energy, clarity, health and weight management.
