Future Planning and Trusts Workshop for Students with Disabilities

A Special Education Parent Engagement Series workshop that will introduce families to the concept of special needs trusts and discuss why such planning is necessary. specifics will include what a special needs turst is (and what it is not,) how to choose a trustee, funding a trust and resources to appropriately develop special needs trusts. Presented by Tia Marsili, Director of Trusts, The Arc of Northern Virginia.
