Your kids can paint, sculpt and craft in a positive and supportive environment with small class sizes (just 10 kids per session). These week-long, half-day camps are hosted both mornings and afternoons for children ages 6 to 9 or 10 to 13. Classes are taught by an experienced and loved Fairfax County Public Schools art teacher. About Claire Kinnane Claire Kinnane is a poet, writer and proud mother of two from Washington DC. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from American University and an M.Ed in Secondary Education from GW. She's taught high-school English at the Kirov Academy of Ballet, a boarding school for gifted dancers. Claire is the founder of Write &amp; Thrive, an organization which provides writing workshops to neurodivergent teens and adults. Her work has been featured in Mount Hope, Timber, Dash, Big Lucks and most recently, Five Points. She is a former winner of the Arlington Moving Words Competition.

Our free concert, A Journey Through American Music, will highlight American artists and composers throughout America's musical history.
