Capitol Heel is back for the fourth year sponsoring a benefit for the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria. This popular event requires registration and early registrars pay only $25. Register when you get there and the cost is $40. Your four legged friend and you can then sport a bandana and t-shirt respectively and feel good about collecting pledges for a good cause. Prizes will also be awarded. So get your tennis shoes ready and go for a walk!
