The popular bakery's tasty treats will soon be coming to Columbia Pike.

The popular Alexandria donut shop Sugar Shack, owned by former Delegate Rob Krupicka, will be opening in Arlington, according to a report by ARLnow. The eatery got its start in Richmond, where Krupicka often stopped in during his statehouse duties and got the idea to open a location in Alexandria.

Sugar Shack features freshly made donuts and coffee.

Krupicka decided to retire his political career to open the popular bakery in Alexandria. His second location will be on the ground floor of Pike 3400, a new apartment building going up at a busy corner in Arlington at Glebe Road and Columbia Pike.
