More Tall Ship Tour Tickets Now Available

Additional reserved tickets are now available for June 12, between 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to tour the tall ship L’Hermione.

French tall ship Hermione will sail 3,819 miles across the Atlantic from France to the U.S. to commemorate Lafayette’s historic voyage before docking in Alexandria, the ship’s Washington, D.C. port of call and one of 12 iconic stops on its tour, according to a news release from Visit Alexandria.

Free tickets can be reserved at shop.alexandriava.gov in limited quantities. Go to the events calendar on the site.

L’Hermione will be in port between June 10 and June 12.

A heritage village area will be open between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. each day with exhibits, demonstrations, and a variety of commemoration activities.
