The MV Big Flea is now open for business! The MV Big Flea is a huge fundraiser benefiting the Mount Vernon Community School PTA. The main event happens April 26, 2014, but we're now accepting donations and selling merchandise in our temporary showroom, located at 3815 Mt Vernon Ave.
We'll be accepting donations of furniture, household items, art, toys, sporting equipment and electronics from 2-4 p.m. this Saturday, November 16. You can also purchase anything that has already been donated.
We accept most items -- even furniture that is scratched or in need of minor repair -- but we cannot accept books, clothing, upholstered furniture or beds/cribs.
If you have furniture or household items to donate and cannot move them yourself, we will pick up! Send a description of the items you have to mvbigfleadonations@gmail.com.
