Show Del Ray Some Love By Posting On Patch

Part of what makes Patch a go-to source is the network of contributors that post great content of what's going on in the local area. Del Ray residents know more about the neighborhoods they live in than anyone else. As a member of that community, we want to let you in on what you can do as a registered Patch user.

If it's happening in your town, Del Ray Patch wants to know about it. Registered users can share local news, photos, videos and more by posting announcements on Del Ray Patch. Whether you're looking for a lost dog, looking to sell a piece of furniture, or hosting a fundraiser, you can announce it on Patch. You can even choose to share a Patch announcement to nearby Patches along with Del Ray Patch if you're looking to reach a wider audience.

Posting articles is only available to individuals and nonprofits. Businesses can post featured calendar events, jobs and announcements.

Invite The Community To An Event

Have you checked out the Del Ray Patch calendar? This is the place to find out what's happening in town, and registered Patch users can post as many events as they'd like. There is no limit. This is an awesome place for the local community organizations, PTAs and boosters to post all the events they have going on. It's the best way to get the word out about an upcoming event so members of your community can attend. Plus, you can post to nearby Patch sites like Old Town Alexandria and West End Alexandria to expand your reach.

If you're hiring for a full-time, part-time or seasonal position, posting your job listing to Patch will definitely get it seen by potential applicants. Unlike those big, anonymous job sites with listings from all over, the Patch Job Board only shows job openings in your area.
