Slaters Market May Soon Add Seating

In planning documents filed with the City, Slaters Market in the Potomac Greens neighborhood is looking to add seating and serve up beer and wine to its customers.

The owner says in the planning docs that the push to add seating both inside and out comes from suggestions from customers.

If approved, plans are to add seating for 12 inside and four outside the market, located at 1552 Potomac Greens Drive.

Currently, customers can pick up sandwiches, salads, ice cream and breakfast items as well as beer and wine.
