ALEXANDRIA, VA — A taxi driver from Arlington won a top prize after buying a lottery ticket in Alexandria.

When Gutama Urgessa learned he won $100,000 in the Virginia Lottery, he started shaking and couldn't hold his phone properly. He matched all five numbers in the Oct. 26 Cash 5 drawing after using random computer-generated numbers. The winning numbers were 2-10-20-31-34.

His winning ticket came from the 7-Eleven at 30 Reynolds Street in Alexandria. Urgessa plans to pay bills and pay off his car loan with the winnings.
