W. Glebe McDonald's Receiving Upgrades

The McDonald’s located at 121 W. Glebe Rd. began looking like a Christo project this week as work got underway on a $350,000 renovation.

The restaurant was draped in a white tarp on Tuesday as construction crews went to work.

The fast food restaurant is receiving a new décor, facade and a 64-square-foot addition.

A McDonald’s employee told Patch over the phone that the restaurant will stay open for business during construction.
