• Virginia State Police Seek Witnesses to Two I-95 Crashes (potomaclocal.com) — State police are asking anyone who saw two recent I-95 crashes, including a June 14 hit-and-run just north of the Quantico exit in Prince William County, to come forward with tips or dashcam video. The other fatal crash happened early Friday in Spotsylvania County. Both investigations are ongoing, and troopers are specifically seeking witnesses who noticed driver behavior beforehand.
