GMU's Annual Victims' Rights 5K Run/Walk
What: 18th Annual 5K Victims' Rights Run/Walk

The George Mason University Police Department and the office of
Wellness, Alcohol, and Violence Education and Services joins the
National Victims’ Rights Week in promoting victims' rights and to honor
crime victims, as well as those who advocate on their behalf by hosting
the 18th annual 5k Victims' Rights Run/Walk.
The proceeds of this event go to support the GMU Victims of Violence
Fund and the Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) Program. Mason’s Victims of
Violence Fund, administered by WAVES, provides direct assistance to
student survivors of sexual assault, stalking, and dating/partner
violence.
Come out and enjoy a fitness run/walk along with a celebration of local
vendors and sponsors while supporting such an important cause!
