Community Update

I am writing for your help. Our neighborhood cat Mittens has been stuck in the attic of the Crosspointe Animal Hospital for over a week. The hospital has not opened up any holes to the outside for him to escape, they shut down today at noon and have planned no aggressive action during this time when they would be able to really take some meaningful action. If you have or are a pet owner, you know how much they mean to you. The owner has only called once in a 8 day time frame. The manager has become more and more distant asking the front desk people to shield her from our questions. I would think breaking down the ceiling this weekend would have been a wonderful plan. However, they have decided to take the weekend off while our cat is in the rafters. It says feral, but Mittens is treated like our cat. We feed him, take him to the vet for shots, got him neutered, we brush him, etc
Time is running out for Mittens. Please call the Crosspointe Animal Hospital (703-690-6600) and ask them to do more. What they are doing now is not working and not enough. They haven't even opened up the siding to allow Mittens to escape.

I am hoping you can post this story to your facebook / twitter pages with the email information below and ask your friends / family to send email & post to their social media pages.

Here is a story from the fairfax station patch that can be posted to social media

In addition, I wanted to ask you and your friends to send them an email asking for the following...

#1 - open holes on the exterior, through siding to the outside with ladders for Mittens to exit
#2 - breakdown entire drop ceiling to catch Mittens
#3 - don't stop till Mittens is out alive

Dr. Hinn is the owner, but seems to be an absentee owner

Rachel is the manager.

Please help!

Thanks,

Patrick
