A Clifton man was charged with possession of marijuana, police said. Fairfax County Police were responding to a call about "suspicious persons" on the 14300 block of Uniform Drive at about 9:30 p.m. on April 14. When officers arrived, they found several men and determined some of them were holding drugs, according to police. David M. Crann, 20, of Clifton was charged with possession of marijuana. Mitchell D. Milkov, 24, of Centreville, was charged with being drunk in public.
