A woman said that she woke up at 3 in the morning after a bright light shone into her bedroom. She saw a man looking into her room, but when she approached, he fled, the victim told police. The incident occurred at a home on the 5900 block of Cove Landing Road in Fairfax Station on April 6.  Other reported incidents: 12600 block of Water Street in Clifton Beer stolen from business Homeowners reported jewelry and computer equipment were stolen from a residence on the 4300 block of Harvester Farm Lane in Fairfax Station. The event was reported on April 5 between 7-9 p.m. Homeowners said they came home to find a television in the garage. Police reported that a suspect or suspects likely forced their way in through a rear window.
