ServiceMaster Co-op (571) 321-7002 welcomes Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, they will relocate its Fredericksburg office from its longtime home at Millrace North to The Executive Offices at Eagle Village in late December.
“This will push our lease rate to 100 percent,” said University of Mary Washington Foundation CEO Jeff Rountree.
The new Class A office space is located at 1125 Jefferson Davis Highway, Suite 350 in Fredericksburg.

“We greatly enjoyed being at Millrace, but the opportunity to combine our brokerage and property management operations into one contiguous space simply was not feasible,” said Virgil Nelson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in a news release.
