Dancing for The First Time In 9 Years

58 trophies and 9 years later, I will be a ballroom dancer once again. There were two car accidents and lots of physical therapy and lots of thoughts swam in my head and I said "shall I try again, even at this senior age. a and bit"

I am in another county and in another state where I do not know any body dancing but I and we will try. I thought my husband when I approached him with this thought while he was a bit still a sleepy. Later on when we were washed up and were eating a light breakfast and he mumbled Ok. I thought oh my God, I must be so happy.

We had danced for 30 years, taking lessons, me competitive. I danced in about 8 competitions and won 58 trophies and I love them.When we moved to Northern Virginia, we knew hardly only about 10 folks.

One a hairstylist and my son, daughter-in-law and the two grandkids and her folks.

So I and we are getting to find a ballroom that has a place where we can dance about once or twice a month.Now I will be Ginger and he will be Fred.

Oh how I feel 10 feet tall and so beautiful and happy and we are going to be back to dancing.
