The Capital Beltway is rarely a smooth ride, and come Friday morning it may be especially rough. A protest affiliated with "Truckers Ride for the Constitution" could materialize on the Inner Loop of I-495 during the Friday morning rush hour, with lots of trucks clogging the commute even more than usual.
