Fairfax Symphony Orchestra Presents Passion and Romance

Guest Artist:  Sergey Antonov, cello

Passion, depth, and texture are all on display in this concert which includes four minutes of Glazunov ‘s romantic lush melody a la Rachmaninov and a sweeping epic that you can practically see as well as hear--a musical “Dr. Zhivago” by Shostakovich, Glazunov’s pupil.
