2007 QED - For MIT grad Billo, he knew the "proof" was in this first vintage. So, he named it QED. Others agreed and awarded no fewer than 92 points for this Southern Rhone style blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvedre.
2008 QED - And the "proof" continued in the sophomore year.

2009 Plus One - This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, from Kiona Vineyard on Red Mountain, exhibits a deep ruby color and a rich, intense nose of cassis, blackberry, black cherry, cigar box, graphite, mint, and dried rose petals. The deeply penetrating flavors are wrapped around a tightly wound core marked by cassis, black licorice, gravel, graphite, minerals and roasted coffee beans.
2010 The Lyricist Riesling - Made in a semi-sweet, auslese style, this 100% Riesling has a superb aromatic array of mineral, apple, pear, citrus, honeysuckle, and a hint of tropical fruits and hints of petrol and mango. The laser-like focus of the acidity on the palate offers outstanding concentration without any heaviness. The rich, complex finish is long and vibrant. This wine should evolve for several years and drink well for a decade.
