A Prom Dress Giveaway is being sponsored by Empower Me Pretty, Incorporated on Saturday, April 21st, 12 noon to 4:30 p.m. at the Key Middle School and Center, 6402 Franconia Road, Springfield, VA. The dresses and gowns will be given away on a first come, first served basis. A high school identification card is required. Door prizes, makeovers and hair consultants will be available.
