The preliminary investigation determined that a 1994 Lexus being driven by an 80-year-old man was southbound on Ox Road and a 2007 Freightliner truck being driven by a 42-year-old female was northbound on Ox Road. The driver of the Lexus attempted to make a left turn onto Little Ox Road and was struck by the Freightliner truck. The driver and passenger of the Lexus were both transported to a local hospital where the passenger, 77-year-old Gladys Moline died.

Neither speed nor alcohol appear to be factors in the crash. No charges have been placed at this time, however the investigation continues.
