The Fairview Elementary School Robotics Team competed in the First Lego League (FLL) robotics tournament at Franklin Middle School. The league holds competitions for kids worldwide every year. This was the first competition for the Fairview team, which was started in September. The team won one round of the competition and received a judges award.  The team has 16 members, 10 varsity and 6 junior varsity, and the varsity compete. They are sponsored by the Fairview Elementary PTA and Hallabolou, a company focused on teaching kids about robotics.
