Goodbye Old Friend Asus Laptop, Hello New Laptop HP
Getting a new laptop who was only 17 months old is putting hope in my heart and finger tips for a new more modern one and hopefully faster
I am writing this last article number 289 on this Asus laptop and saying a farewell story to you, dear friend. Although you not really senior age, you are still a baby at seventeen months of age. You have had some ailments, not a lot, a few enough to get on my nerves.
So after going to the Geek group at Best Buys and they suggested I go to Batteries Xpress who said I am better off buying a newer model. Then I went back to Best Buys and they said maybe Geek could put in the new battery, a special one for laptops after buying it online out of town.
So I decided to bid farewell to old Asus and try for a Hewlett Packard known by its initials of HP. I hope HP means happy person and that will apply to me.After everything is transferred to new one from old one, I will smile and tell old one that it has been kind of nice knowing him or her and now I will learn to like HP I think a bit better. I hope Asus will not be angry with me for dumping him for a more advanced model, but he will get a new home soon at a family member's home.

So goodbye to you Asus who was the holder of all my stories on Patches and other publications and photos of me, my family, old pictures of us as a newly married couple 56 years ago tomorrow and pictures of Mom, Dad, brother when we were all younger. I even honor my two doggies in photos on old laptop of when they were younger.
Goodbye to my first laptop, I had two regular size big computers starting out with the first one way back 16 years ago and oh how excited I was to own one and to be able to control it and to no longer write my stories by hand.
