Love Is Patient, Love Is Kind, Love Is Not Boasting And Is Not Easily Angered

I used to have a nice gardener and if he did not come, I would call him and on his message machine, he always ended it with "have a blessed day."

There is an ad on TV from St. Jude Hospital and they show these gorgeous and sweet boys and girls. On one of the ads they ask the kids what does love mean. They look like they are from seven up to teens. One kid says

"I love my new leg," pointing to his artificial leg. Another kid says "I can dance now." Another says " love is when I can hug my mother." Another says " I can play ball from my wheelchair."

These break your heart and souls listening to them. These kids are boasting and they surely deserve to do it.

I had a blind uncle and when he talked to you he always said "I see outside how nice it is today" and he said when I sang for him when I was going through the I want to be a singer. He said " I see and hear how nice you are doing."

Love says it does not keep records of wrongs. I always keep notes on good things that happen to me.

When I was in the dental office the other day, there were two Asian kids a boy and a girl, so pretty and handsome. I always ask what is your name? She was Leah and he was Joseph. Their dad says we love Bible names. I told them my dad was Joseph and my mom was Leah. This was sweet for me. Love is having two good parents who are gone now 33 years and 53 years. My younger two grandkids and when they leave they always say I love you Grammie and Grandpa. They are Asian and Caucasian and half Catholic and half Jewish. One kid said to him in school "this is neat."

Love is neat, sweet and delightful and love is full of joy.
