Clifton Man Charged with DUI, Rear-Ending Police Car
Kevin Michael Dodds, 26 was charged with driving under the influence.

A 26-year-old Clifton man was charged with driving under the influence and rear-ending a patrol car.
Authorities said Kevin Michael Dodds struck a patrol car at at a high rate of speed about 4 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, as he drove down Route 15 in Frederick, Maryland.
The impact caused the patrol car to spin out of control and hit a guardrail, according to the Frederick Police Department.

Officer First Class Keith Donovan was treated at Frederick Memorial Hospital for minor injuries and was later released.
Dodds was taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.

According to the Frederick News-Post, Dodds was released after posting a $20,000 bail.
