A 23-year-old Clifton man was charged with drunkenly brandishing a firearm in public. Police arrested Henry M. Woodruff III on July 29. Information on the incident was scarce, but police said that no one was injured. The incident occurred at about 8 p.m. on the 14100 block of Lee Highway. Woodruff was charged with brandishing a firearm, being drunk in public, and reckless handling of a firearm.
