Thirteen is a lucky number

In Judaism, the number is a lucky number, nothing to think of it to be careful on Friday the 13th

The number 13 in  the Jewish religion is considered a lucky number, When Dad died, Mom moved into a new apartment  just built and pretty and clean and she was the first occupant, we went to see it and she loved it.

However there was one faulty thing about it. The number was # 13 and she hesitated to take it. So I went to the Rabbi and asked him and he explained it to me that 13 is spiritually significant and all the 13's in the religion. She then felt safe in living in her home with the number 13 being its address.

It was true she was happy there and she had fine neighbors who adored her and she them. She went to dinner once a month with the Solomons and her friend  Julie from work moved across the street from her when she saw Mom's beautiful rooms. We were only about 4 miles from there and so she felt safe being near me and my family.

People have  thoughts on numbers and they can be an important factor in choosing items you purchase or in Mom's case her home number.

So today is Friday the 13th and I do not fear anything bad will happen since I know 13 is lucky.Yesterday, I was able to get cable installed in my kitchen whereas for a while, I was told in error that the many trees in my back kept me from having good reception in that room. I had two different technicians come and the first one from Verizon took an hour to assess if it could go in there even though we had it in other rooms. He then called in his  office and he got assigned an engineer and together they performed  magic and voila, I now have it there and it is the best picture on my screen than any other rooms. They were caring and smart and came in and out  of the house booties and off when they were outside installing the wires etc. Their names are Dilip and Sridhar.

They are excellent representatives of Verizon and I am appreciative for them performing excellent work. They came as scheduled on the day they were signed up to come and now I feel happy like the first day we got cable was in August 13, 1980. So 13 is still a good number.

Bravo to fine workmen who take pride in their work and their company.

So think of today the 13th Friday and it will be a productive and happy day for you.
