Women's Business Meeting Set for Thursday

Group will hear from 'green-themed' businesses

The Northern Virginia Charter Chapter (NVCC) of the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) will hold its monthly business meeting on Thursday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at On the Border, 2651 Prince William Parkway. The program will feature a “green” theme in keeping with St. Patrick’s Day titled: “Clean It Out” with information about health and wellness presented by member Linda Dulicai, The Healthy Zone, Inc. and a healthy home presented by Felicia Luibl, HealthWorks.

 Cost for the lunch is $18 in advance, $20 for non-members. Prospective members welcome.

NVCC of ABWA is part of a national network of businesswomen. Founded in 1949, ABWA is a 25,000 member strong association with chapters and Express Networks nationwide, providing business skills training and networking opportunities for women of diverse occupations to enhance career advancement and personal development. ABWA has dedicated more than half a century to women’s education and provided workplace skills and career development training for more than 565,000 members.
