I got with the new computer Word Ten, I thought it came with it, but not the model I bought. So I have to pay 70 dollars per month forever. This is not so nice of them, but cannot fight it. It seems I cannot get it at Best Buys and download it or upload it, whatever the wording is. It would be a flat fee for the disc or whatever they give you, somehow it would not work. So be it.
Sometimes, it is best to accept what is, especially with a computer. It is not a cheap one, a laptop 500 dollars Hewlett Packard, and all my computers since 2000 were that brand, except one. Asus is its funny name and I now gave it to my grandson and he likes it.
Dad bought a new fridge many years ago and the day it stopped, it was one day past the year of purchase, Dad argued with the company and he was a good talker, so they gave it like it was a big event. They fixed it, but it should not have happened.
