America to take the Stage at Hollywood Casino Event Center

Launching the Fourth of July festivities is rock band America on Friday, July 3 at 9 p.m. Getting their start in London in the early 1970’s, Dewey Bunnell, Dan Peel and Gerry Beckley turned out their first hits “A Horse With No Name” and “I Need You” on their self-titled 1971 debut album. America found its greatest success with a compilation album entitled “History: America’s Greatest Hits,” which reached multi-platinum status both in the United States and Australia.
