Bolay Opening In Falls Church Pushed To October
Bolay, a fast-casual restaurant offering health "bol" options, will be opening at Birch & Broad.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — Bolay, a fast-casual restaurant opening at the Birch & Broad shopping center in Falls Church, will move its opening from September to October.
Bolay will open on Thursday, Oct. 6 at 1208-D W. Broad St. at the Birch & Broad shopping center. The Florida fast-casual restaurant was founded by Chris and Tim Gannon, the latter of whom started Outback Steakhouse in 1988. According to the restaurant's website, Chris Gannon envisioned Bolay as a lifestyle brand with nutritious offerings.
When Bolay opens in Falls Church on Thursday, Oct. 6, the first 100 guests will receive "Bolay for a Year." That means guests receive one Bolay regular bol once per month for one year through the BolayGo App. Guests are encouraged to line up starting at 8 a.m. before the restaurant opens at 11 a.m. Prizes are limited to one per household for ages 18 and older. Guests must have a phone to use the app for the promotion.

For those who don't want to wait in line, Bolay will offer a free bol during VIP week from Oct. 6 to Oct. 10. Guests can schedule a time during restaurant hours to receive a free regular bol. Guests must present their registration at the cash register to order. The promotion is for dine-in only.
The restaurant will also offer a promotion for school employees. On Oct. 12, teachers and other school staff can receive a free regular bol or wrap with a valid school ID. On Oct. 13, active duty military and veterans can show a valid military ID to get a free regular bol or wrap.

This will be Bolay's first Virginia location as the brand expands out of Florida. Bolay is also opening a Gainesville, Virginia location on Thursday, Oct. 13.
