Animal Friends - VA was established to partner with Animal Friends of Barbour County (AFOBC) and raise money to assist the shelter in continuing their operations. Animal Friends - VA will help broaden the audience for the wonderful animals available from AFOBC and assist with vetting and adoption needs.

ANIMAL FRIENDS OF BARBOUR COUNTY (AFOBC) is an organization of volunteers who are dedicated to saving the lives of surrendered, abused, neglected companion animals in our rural West Virginia community.
