Condo Details Announced For West Falls Development
Details about the condos coming to the West Falls development have been announced ahead of an expected opening later in 2024.

FALLS CHURCH, VA — Details about the condo community at the West Falls mixed-use development are being revealed by developer Hoffman & Associates.
The Oak will be the 126-unit condominium in an 11-story building at 255 West Falls Station Boulevard, Falls Church, VA. It will be part of West Falls, a nearly 10-acre mixed-use development at Route 7 and Haycock Road with 400 apartments, 126 condominiums, senior living, retail, hotel, medical office building, and community plaza. Hoffman Realty will start sales for The Oak in early 2024 ahead of an expected opening in late 2024.
"The Oak is a core part of the vision for West Falls, offering residents the opportunity to call this neighborhood home and experience a lifestyle as vibrant as its community, with access to all of the exciting restaurants and retailers we’ve already announced, with more to come, as well as an expansive outdoor community gathering space," said Shawn Seaman, president of Hoffman & Associates. "We look forward to welcoming residents to this modern, new condominium and taking the next step in building the future West Falls community."
