Help raise money for the Hemophilia Association of the Capital Area at the annual Ride or Stride for Bleeding Disorders. Participants can choose from a 25K, 50K or 50-mile bike ride along the W&OD Trail and walkers/runners will do 5K or 10K loop inside Nottoway Park in Vienna. Registration fee is $35 per participant age 13 and up; under 13 is free with an accompanying adult. All participants age 13 and over are asked to raise a minimum of $100 in pledges, and prizes will be given to those who raise more than $150. Register by Sept. 15 for a T-shirt.
