Fairfax County Public Schools and NOVA SySTEMic Solutions to Host Event on NOVA Annandale Campus

Fairfax County Public Schools and NOVA Systemic Solutions will host their annual STEM-H Expo, an event focused on science, technology, engineering, mathematics and health careers) on the campus of Northern Virginia Community College on Saturday April 9, from 10 AM to 2 PM.

This event will feature information about programs in the FCPS high school academies, plus exhibits and demonstrations by Fire and EMS science, Robotics, Cyber Security, and HVAC & Refrigeration students and 30 business and industry partners. A STEMtastic kick-off celebration will feature performance by FCPS musical theater students. Breakout sessions will be offered by Microsoft and other business partners. NOVA Systemic Solutions is the presenting sponsor for this event.

Open to students in grades 6-12, parents, teachers, former academy students, and community members. All participants are asked to register at http://bit.ly/1j3xo65.
