(Decorating a tree to benefit the American Cancer Society)
The purpose of Falls Church Tree Fest is to benefit multiple non-profit groups who provide benefits and services to the Falls Church community. Participating trees can be decorated by the non-profit group itself or by a business that wishes to show support for a favorite cause.
At the end of the three day event, after the general public has had an opportunity to view all of the trees, each tree is auctioned off and 100% of the winning bid goes to the participating non-profit. In addition, all organizations may also display materials at the event to raise awareness within the Falls Church community.
All non-profit organizations in the Falls Church area, as well as any businesses who wish to show support for a non-profit or cause, are encouraged to contact Falls Church Tree Fest to participate in this year’s event. There are still plenty of tree spaces available and all participants will be recognized to the press and on our website.
