Good Samaritan Advocates invites area attorneys and leaders to annual Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, November 1

A chance to learn about and support a faith-based legal aid organization

Good Samaritan Advocates, a faith-based legal aid organization providing no cost legal services to poor and lower income neighbors in greater Washington, DC, is excited to announce its annual Prayer Breakfast. This event is a yearly opportunity to celebrate and support the impact of Good Samaritan Advocates in the local community.

The Prayer Breakfast will be held at Falls Church Presbyterian Church, 225 E Broad Street, Falls Church, VA 22046, on Saturday, November 1, 2014 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM (EDT).

Attendees will enjoy a breakfast reception, followed by a presentation by Good Samaritan Advocates’ Executive Director, Justina Uram-Mubangu, and incoming President, Christopher Curry, about its accomplishments in 2014 and its aggressive strategy for growth in 2015. Then, Executive Director & CEO of The Christian Legal Society (CLS) David Nammo will give an exciting talk on Christian legal aid, God’s love for the poor, and justice for the oppressed.
