Spring Forward Family Fun Day
Tired of the cold and snow? Think Spring! Join Formed Families Forward and FACES of Virginia Families for our 2nd annual Spring Forward!
Formed Families Forward and FACES of Virginia Families are pleased to sponsor Spring Forward 2015 at the James Lee Community Center in Falls Church. It is a celebration of families formed by adoption, foster care and kinship connections, and the entire family is welcome.
Children enjoy a morning of games and activities while parents and caregivers and older youth participate in great personal development training sessions and workshops. Teens get their own workshop on self-determination, courtesy of Virginia’s I’m Determined project.
A family lunch will be provided and then all are invited to the fun fair. Families will enjoy crafts, games with prizes, and activities, including face painting and balloon creations!
Cost is $5 per family member, age 3 and up. A choice of lunch options is included; certificates of attendance will be available. If registering 5 or more people in one family, please contact FFF directly to complete your registration at info@formedfamiliesforward.org.
